Transport of critically ill children is associated with increased risk morbidity and mortality in developing countries due to the lack adequate resources skilled personnel. sick child remains a major challenge Nepal as well. The main objective this article describe importance safe transport, be resource guide for health care personnel during inter-facility transport Nepal. This guideline based on consensus statement Pediatric Critical Care Working Group (NPCCWG) under aegis Society (NEPAS). It includes different components namely essential equipment, patient preparation, communications, medications, checklist, that are required children, taking into consideration current available our facilities.
